The Advanced Classification System (ACS) is a high efficiency air classifier introduced in 1992 and granted a US Patent in November 1994.

The classifier design incorporates the following advanced features,

  • External air purged classifier rotor seal insuring clean topsize cuts.
  • Outboard bearings for ease of maintenance.
  • Easily replaceable air classifier blades.
  • Open or closed (re-circulating) air circuits.
